The questioning being interrogates life – true to its essence. This is not to suppose however that the questioning being will find all that it seeks within the world it is embedded in, nor will it necessarily find its apparatus for searching adequate. Husserl has noted that our lives are not just perspectives on the world but adumbrations that promise more than we can see from where we stand. To quest is natural, but all that is sought is not necessarily within the natural world our senses register – why should it be?
